Tourism & Hospitality Studies - Stop Food Waste
in conjunction with the European Week for Waste Reduction
The Demonstrations in Tourism & Hospitality Studies during the European Week for Waste Reduction (EWWR) went down a treat. The students presented a number of simple to make dishes with ingredients that are often left in the fridge. The dishes includes some delicious bean salads, potato salad, soup, apple charlotte and apple and cinnamon crumble.
The students highlighted some useful tips on how to prevent food waste at home including never shopping when hungry and always plan meals in advance.
